About my studies<\/h4>\r\n

I am trilingual, with a degree in International Business from Tec de Monterrey, I have a Bachelor of Arts that I studied in Germany. My master's degree is in Family Development and I am a certified trainer by the Centre for NonViolent Communication.<\/p>\r\n \r\n

Living with others and not dying in the attempt.
<\/b>We long for coexistence with others to be harmonious, but many times our experience is that living with others is exhausting or, perhaps, we have heard stories of failed attempts because \u201cthey couldn't get along.\u201d.<\/p>

Through the design of Human Ecosystems, we create the necessary structure so that the members of a group, team or family feel safe and with that, flourish.<\/p>

Safe spaces are fundamental to having the necessary conditions to be able to create a change in our relationships.<\/p>

I observe and analyze group dynamics. I inquire about the topics that generate conflict and, from there, I design tailor-made strategies that meet the needs of all involved.<\/strong><\/p>

Wars, climate catastrophes, political issues and their economic impacts are situations that we are experiencing as humanity and affect us personally and collectively. The fear and pain of not managing to belong and seeking to adapt to an environment that does not meet our needs has consequences in individual and collective life.<\/p>

The methodology I use is based on Relational Neurosciences (Sarah Peyton), Nonviolent Communication, Human Design and intercultural and neurodivergent adaptations.<\/strong><\/p>
