Safe spaces are fundamental to having the necessary conditions to be able to create a change in our relationships.

I facilitate individual, couple, and group sessions where we address the issues that are generating conflict with the intention of finding strategies that meet the needs of those involved.

In past years, the topics I addressed in each session varied greatly, but in recent months I have noticed that the most common theme appearing in sessions, whether work-related, personal, or family-related, is fear and pain with their consequences on individual and collective behavior and the nervous system.

Wars, climate catastrophes, political issues and their economic impacts are situations we are experiencing as humanity and they affect us personally and collectively, which is why this year, in addition to private sessions, I offer sessions to the general public

The methodology I use is based on Sarah Payton's Relational Neurosciences, Nonviolent Communication and intercultural and neurodivergent adaptations.

In my experience, it has a greater impact when working with others because with the support of someone else it is easier to maintain progress and avoid falling into old patterns. In a group, you can:

  • Validate one's own experience by seeing that others also experience the same thing.
  • Resonate in empathy when others name emotions and needs with which we connect.
  • Provide clarity of the experience when it is named collectively
  • Experience hope when I see that others also want a more sustainable world.
  • Broaden the perspective with the diversity of strategies generated among everyone to cover our needs .

Achieving a change in our relationships is a process we can experience accompanied step by step.
