commUNITY

Our relationships have the greatest impact on our quality of life; surrounding ourselves with people who seek to contribute to mutual well-being helps us to nourish ourselves, to take care of ourselves and our loved ones.

Human Ecosystems

A Human Ecosystem is like a garden. In a garden, each plant has different needs: some need more sun, others more water, some more ventilation, others less. If you treat them all the same, some burn and others rot.

The same happens in life with others. In a family, in a company, in a community, each person has different skills and abilities, a different energy, rhythm, and way of relating.
If we don't design the structure so that everyone has what they need, the garden fills with weeds (conflicts, exhaustion, frustration).

Designing Human Ecosystems means looking at the complete garden, seeing what each plant needs, and redesigning the structure so that all can flourish.

Do you want your environment to be nourishing?

Nonviolent Communication is a model developed by Marshal Rosenberg and allows for a change in mindset from the way we communicate.

Resonant Language was created by Sarah Peyton using Relational Neurosciences to transform our experience and our bonds with others.

Human Design is a practical tool that merges ancient disciplines. It aids self-knowledge, describes your innate nature, your gifts, and how they interact with the environment, and allows for efficient and compassionate decision-making.
