Organizational Culture

There are organizational cultures that still operate from a separation mindset where using power over others and pitting collaborators against each other instead of promoting collaboration is what is experienced day to day.

Achieving the goal of leading these organizations to a unity mindset so they can meet their goals goes beyond programs general, achieving a change in values is an individual effort supported by the collective.

I have accompanied CEOs, business owners, vice presidents, and top executives through dilemmas that put their deepest beliefs to the test, and for this, I use tools from my studies in the humanities. I know that the higher you climb in the hierarchy, the more solitude you experience, which is why in individual sessions I create a safe space to delve into the process of changing limiting beliefs that can cause so much suffering.

A leader who has the support needed to sustain change is key to an organizational culture that moves towards a mindset of unity, collaboration, and well-being for their entire team.

Taking care of oneself and taking care of others starts the virtuous circle. I myself walked the path of experiencing the suffering caused by a culture with a mindset of separation and fear, which is why I know what it means to ask for help to act with integrity; I know how important it is to have support and the great difference it makes to have a safe space to express oneself, strengthen oneself, and remind ourselves that we are not alone.

Organizational Experience

I have worked in the areas of Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, Production, Finance, Compliance, and General Secretariat of multinational companies, such as Bosch, Eli Lilly, VW, and Audi, which has given me a global vision of organizational processes and dynamics.

In each of the positions I have held, I have done the same: build trust, create and streamline processes, and lead cultural change projects. Everything I do is based on the principle that building trusting relationships lays the groundwork for everyone's sustainability.

Today I collaborate with Workbliss.org  para inspirar y empoderar una comunidad colaborativa que impulse el bienestar, enfocados a crear una mejor sociedad.

Cultural Change

All the efforts we make add up; I have worked creating a culture of peace my entire career. The cultural change program I directed for 3 years won 2nd place nationally in the United Nations Global Compact, where sustainable business practices are promoted.

Being in charge of the strategy for VW's Integrity Program in Mexico, I was able to intensively implement a change program, adapting to the pandemic and intercultural challenges.

With over a decade of experience creating the conditions for people to feel in a safe space to explore new ways of relating to themselves and others; today I accompany the change processes that arise in the workplace with systemic impact tools, starting from individual work.
