commUNITY

Our relationships have the greatest impact on our quality of life; surrounding ourselves with people who seek to contribute to mutual well-being helps us to nourish ourselves, to take care of ourselves and our loved ones.

Program

The Virtual Learning Space applies Nonviolent Communication and Relational Neurosciences tools to achieve a change in the way we interact and communicate with ourselves and others. It is designed with a neurodivergent approach so that each person can explore at their own pace and rhythm. Sessions are recorded so they can be watched later.

The session in Spanish is the second Wednesday of each month from 5:00 to 7:00 pm (CDMX time, MGT-6)
The English session is the fourth Wednesday of each month from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. (GMT-6)

People are invited to practice between sessions in groups or pairs, so if you register with other people or are open to joining a group, we can offer discounts. If you would like to participate and cost is an impediment, write to us, we can use contribution economics. Feel free to write!

The session program is at the bottom of the page.
