My academic path has been diverse and has allowed me to explore different ways of understanding human beings and the complexities we face. I studied International Business at Tec de Monterrey and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in German-Latin American Management from Muenster University of Applied Sciences, Germany.

Over time, my personal and professional search led me to pursue a Master's in Family Development, where I found deeply human tools that I have applied working with companies, schools, and families.
I am a certified Nonviolent Communication trainer by the Center for Nonviolent Communication where I built my portfolio on topics of inclusion of neurodivergence. I study relational neurosciences as a tool that allows me to provide comprehensive consulting in mindset change, from a professional, empathetic, and respectful place for each process.
