Observing cultural dynamics and finding the reason why a process is not working is what I do best. I find strategies to make processes work and companies succeed. This characteristic allowed me to gain experience in streamlining processes in Marketing, Sales, Purchasing, Production, Finance, Compliance, Corporate Strategy, and General Secretariat.

I base my consulting on observing organizational culture, analyzing the theory of the process that is not working, and proposing change strategies that help the company achieve its objectives.
